The builder's special family room focuses on a concept derived from multiple style preferences and personalities, collectively tying them together to create a space where each person that shares this home can come to together and enjoy the space depending on any spacial preferences they may have.
This space uses a mixture of furniture styles, materials and finishes to emphasize on the multiple differences of each family member living in this home. Overall, the space is inspired by European design, a natural colour palette and an editorial vibe.
Curated Coastal
The Curated Coastal home is a split-level family home located in Prince Edward Island. The concept of this home is inspired by the ocean, focusing on rhythm, harmony, serenity, and freedom. This space is deigned to accommodate an ever-changing family and provides them the freedom to express their interests and grow with the home.
The colour palette of this home emphasizes on a neutral colour palette of creams and beige and is accented with a deep navy blue and golds and brass symbolic to the sun's reflection on the ocean.The millwork, which is a focal point in each space is curved wood mimicking waves and features lighting features between each board to enhance the overall design and experience of this space and the entire home.
Loft Living Room
The loft living room is designed for a family with young children that features materials and finishes that are adaptable as the family grows and changes. The design features several "framed" design elements through furniture, millwork and finishes which plays on the concept of this space. The concept focuses on framing and strait lines to represent the purpose of a home, the idea that a home is a frame that cocoons and shelters a family from the outside world and offers a safe and comfortable place foreach family member to express themselves and their hobbies and interests.
